Question 1

What types of AI companies do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Founders building AI agents, copilots, and automation tools — from pre-revenue to Series B. If your product delivers real value but your pricing doesn’t reflect it, we’re a fit.

Question 2

How long do typical engagements last?

Accepted Answer

One engagement: the C.O.R.E. engagement runs four months, one phase per month, with about 50 hours of your team’s time in total.

Question 3

Do you work with early-stage founders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Most of my clients are 1–3 person founding teams. I adapt the engagement to your stage — you don’t need a big org to get pricing right.

Question 4

What results can I expect?

Accepted Answer

Founders typically see 20–50%+ revenue per customer uplift, stronger free-to-paid conversion, and a pricing model that actually scales with usage. Most see impact within weeks, not months.

Question 5

How is this different from copying a competitor’s pricing?

Accepted Answer

Your competitor probably got their pricing wrong too. Copying seat-based models for an AI agent that delivers 10x leverage is leaving enormous revenue on the table. I help you price for your unique value.
